How do I measure myself?

Bust:
Measure the circumference of your chest. Insert one end of the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust,
wrap it around (under your underarms, around your shoulder blades and back to front) to get the right measurement.

Waist:
Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the measuring tape to circle your waist (like a belt), above your navel and below your ribcage.
If you bend to the side, is the fold that forms your natural waist. Pull your belly out, otherwise you will not get good measurement!

Hips:
Measure the circumference of your hips. Start with a hip and wrap the tape measure around your buttocks, around the other hip, and back to where you started.
Make sure the measuring tape is the largest part of your buttocks. To ensure that you do it well, it is convenient to do this in front of a mirror.

Inseam:
This is the distance of the upper inner portion of your thigh to the bottom of your ankles. You can measure your inseam in two ways:
With help: stretch the tape measure from your crotch to the bottom of your ankles.
Without help: if you have a pair of trousers that perfectly fits you (it should not be too loose around the waist), measure the inseam of the pants.
From the crotch to the hem.
